I do like this tea at first I wasn’t sure it’s that good for me as I have some fainting issues and arrhythmia and can’t consume high / medium doses of caffeine but after few cups i was perfectly fine much better than Yerba mate which gave me palpitations after just one sip 😑😬 I actually have 3 left so need to re order I use it in the morning / afternoon and it’s good taste

Disgusting flavour, never again.
Most superblends I’ve tried taste terrible, it’s better to try them in a variety pack than waste your money on a full pack of something that will almost certainly taste awful. I know that’s what I wish I’d done.

I’m not a big fan of the taste of green tea, so I always go for GT with something and this mix is a lovely one! The flavour is soft and the bitterness of GT is not there at all! I recommend it for when you fancy something refreshing and healthy. I have one or two cups a day. Yum!

I was so disappointed when this was discontinued from my Tesco and I couldn’t get it anymore. It was a little more expensive on here but worth it.
The flavour is great, a fruity green tea, and I love that each teabag is individually wrapped so I can take them to work as well.

I have tried herbal teas over the years and always ended up forcing myself to drink them as I don’t really like them, they are often perfume tasting and sit in the cupboard for ages and then get thrown away! The boost tea is the first tea I have actually liked, if you are used to herbal tea you may find the flavour weak but for me I would say it was delicate rather than weak, not sure if its the placebo effect but both myself and 15 year old daughter have got to sleep quickly and had deep sleeps all week after having 1 or 2 cups in the evening, I usually wake in the night and before my alarm but I have been in deep sleeps all week, so for the first time ever I am getting a second box but this time trying the actual sleep tea not the boost one. The boost one says it has caffeine in it and provides energy and I can never sleep with caffeine in my system so I don’t know how these work but they definitely have a relaxing effect on us, I think I will pass out with the sleep tea if this is what the boost does! For the price it is worth a try, (note I found you need to let it brew for a good few mins to get flavour, so let them soak before removing the tea bag)!
