Looks like no added flavors, sweetners and processing.
Can be used just like the cornflakes – in milk, salted as snacks, etc.
Cons:
Price can be reduced a bit for this combo. Because, in other combos from this brand and other brands selling individual flakes (for eg: ragi) for a less price.

I am on a gluten free, vegan diet. For some reason I am not even allowed rice flakes. Before I started this diet rice flakes were my go to quick meal or snack. For few days I was so frustrated as I didn’t know what healthy and as per the diet I could make in jiffy. That’s when I scoured the internet for other gluten free flakes options. I was so happy to find these. Of all the three I didn’t much enjoy the nachani flakes flavour and texture as poha but the other two are yum.
