The product is ok. For the first 2-3 times I couldn’t get any rise in the dough but now I got a hang of the product. For some reason the bread is taking longer to proof with this yeast so you would have to be a little patient.

The instant dry yeast is good for baking. I have tried making buns, breads, pizza burger buns from this and I am very satisfied with the results. The yeast has induces a good smell and taste in all the items. Go for it as it’s best in market and shows great results. 😊

WORST YEAST ever- I Received the package leaking and the Yeasts are not all good.I have used local Yeast previously, they are much better than this one. They are dark in color and they have a bad odour. They don’t really work. Breads smell bad and become dense as that doesn’t work.
Package says Instant Yeast, Instant means you don’t need to proof them. However, Instructions says proof it. They don’t even understand what Instant yeast is. Even with Proofing it separately, the local Yeast takes 1hr to double. This one takes 4hours n hardly it increases 10%.
DONT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS AT ALL. COMPLETE WASTE.
