Packet does not specify buckwheat and wheat content. Amazon site it is claimed 70% buckwheat which should be written on packet too

I was excited to find buckwheat noodles on Amazon. I finally made some yesterday and the tasty was quite good. However, it felt like the wheat flour was more dominant than buckwheat. Soba is usually brown before and after cooking, these noodles became paler after cooking. So overall, nice as noodles but not quite buckwheat noodles.
