Entire chia seeds are filled with black stone particles. It is injurious to health. I shall never buy again!! It is a poor brand. It is waste of money!! I do not know, how harmful it is. I am eating it with stone.!! I shall be sufferer in future. It may be cause of long term disease. I want to aware people, not to buy that kind of brand. Chia seed are good for health. It reduces fat. It is helpful for over weight people. That is why I bought it. But We should always buy chia seeds of good brand. I read reviews about SFT brand at Amazon app. But I didn’t know about this brand properly. I should aware more and more before buy this kind of product. Please be careful.
