- Urban Platterâ€s Coconut Aminos is an Umami Seasoning Sauce which is perfect for Soy Sauce replacement. It is 100% plant based with no added preservatives.
- Originated in Sri Lanka, Urban Platterâ€s Coconut Aminos is made using Coconut syrup and Coconut vinegar from Coconut trees which are gluten-free.
- Coconut aminos contain 270 mg of sodium per tablespoon which is 73% less than normal soy sauce.
- Use it like soy sauce in stir fry, dressings, marinades and with sushi.

It’s great to use instead of soya sauce. Lot of people are allergic to soya, so this is very good substitute.

These coconut aminos are very tasty but not as strong in flavour as other brands I have used. I like that it is a fermented product & uses sea salt, not table salt. Nice mix of sweet & salt flavour but milder than some.
