Sometime back, I had Hummus-Pita in a restaurant and became a huge fan of the dish. Thought of ordering hummus online but couldn’t find it. So, I decided to make it at home but one of the ingredients was tahini, which is made from sesame seeds and a little difficult to make at home. Ordered this paste and made the perfect hummus! The tahini sauce was very smooth and thick.
Also saw other recipes of Tahini such as boiled vegetables and dips. Will definitely try these.

Those who like good quality peanut butter will probably like this thick, black, nutty and rich tahini. It could be a little less expensive though. High in calcium and vitamins it is a nice way for vegans to get natural calcium from diet. You can also make your own hummus with this. Some may need to eat a few times to acquire the taste and start liking it.
P S –
It’s a good product, but as its essentially just sesame seed paste, it’d be much cheaper to just buy sesame seeds and grind them into a paste yourself. The markup on this product is very high

It tastes very gummy. Like it’s got some kind of gelatinous substance mixed in it. It’s definitely not only sesame.
