I am allergic to gluten, and went for this, it’s just alright, but not great. I have had better rice noodles. It’s flat noodles, and a little hard, and I felt like it’s not very good at absorbing flavours.
For the price the quantity is good, but for the taste wouldn’t really suggest this one.

It does the job as described. Boil the water , remove from flame and dip the noodles. 5-6 mins, they’re ready. Easy. It says 10 servings per packet which is not right/enough, I would say 5 servings per packet.

These are great. Tasty and maintain their texture. They need to just soak in boiling water. They take about 7-8 minutes of soaking (not boiling) to reach the correct consistency.

I’ve order it because my baby really liked noodles and I don’t want to give him Maida. It was an alternative for me but I found it super delicious specially for soupy noodles or thukpa or wok bowl type recipes.
