I ordered this to make KIMCHI at home, the kimchi turned out to be just like the ones I have had in korean restaurants. It adds that KOREAN flavour to anything to use it for! Go for it!!

I’ve used this both for making Kimchi and as part of my masala for marination of other dishes in place of normal red chilli powder.
It gives dishes a special flavor and I’d suggest anyone who buys it to go ahead and experiment with it that way. It’s a really nice product. Only quantity could be a bit more.
