Though very hard to knead the dough the flour makes brilliant rotis

The product is good for general purpose use, but using it for things like macrons will not be advisable.
its slightly coarsely ground, it has almond peel.
this would give your macrons rough and uneven surface both in terms of feel and aesthetics.
