The sauce has a good flavor of garlic, but the peppercorns that it makes use of lack heat, and I can guarantee you that they are not original Sichuan peppercorns. Otherwise, the product is good, and for people who don’t want a chili oil that’s too spicy, this is okay for them.

This is something that should be in all kitchen. U can add flavour and bit of spice in basically anything with this. This is like a staple in my kitchen

Tried chilli oil for the first time & I was not disappointed. It’s a good product. If you love Chinese/Korean food this is a must have. Spiciness is 8.5/10.
The only thing I disliked is the smell of the oil but since I put it with other Desi spices it does not overcome.

Pros: the flavor profile is wonderful. Smoky, but with a strong taste of garlic & Sichuan pepper. I regularly use it on my breakfast eggs & to zhuzh up bland ramen, takeout noodles, stirfry mushrooms, etc One can use it as pre-made sauce/mix on just about anything! One bottle lasts me at least 2 months.
Cons: Can be slightly cheaper. Just a tad
