Organic Tattva Maize Flour has become a staple in my kitchen, offering a wholesome and versatile alternative to traditional wheat flour. As someone who values organic and nutritious ingredients, I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and purity of this product.
The flour itself has a fine texture and a delicate, slightly sweet flavor that adds depth to a variety of recipes. I use it to make traditional maize rotis, which are not only delicious but also gluten-free—a great option for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. Additionally, Organic Tattva Maize Flour is perfect for making porridges, pancakes, muffins, and other baked goods, providing a nutritious twist to familiar recipes.
I appreciate the commitment of Organic Tattva to transparency and sustainability. Their packaging clearly displays the organic certification and nutritional information, allowing consumers to make informed choices about their food. The resealable packaging helps maintain freshness and prevents spoilage, ensuring that the maize flour retains its quality over time.
Overall, Organic Tattva Maize Flour is a fantastic addition to any pantry. Its purity, nutrition, and versatility make it a valuable ingredient for health-conscious cooks and families. Whether you’re looking to explore new culinary possibilities or simply seeking wholesome alternatives, this maize flour is sure to impress. Highly recommended!

I made baked tortilla chips with it.
You just have to knead itnin boiling water, roll and cook like chapati( tortilla for taco )
Cut these tortilas into triangles, add seasoning and olive oil, bake.

Very nice and tasty. I was expecting tasteless, fine white powder similar to corn starch, and was quite disappointed to find rough textured yellow flour, but this is rich and wholesome. I had made Manchurian with it and it turned really crispy and yummy.
