Do not be led up the garden path by the sneaky health claims: while no-added sugar is obviously an option to go for, this muesli also contains a staggering 26.3% wheat flakes (in fairness some other āhealthyā brands contain up to 76%) which is an ultra-processed food, i.e., an industrially produced edible substance made to cheaply fill your stomach, with huge potential health implications (do your own research).

This muesli comes in a big plastic jar which is completely sealed š so thumbs up for the packaging. Now I have tried 2 variants of the true elements muesli. “Fruit and nut” & “No added sugar” which is this one. I’m actually dieting so I got the no added sugar variant. But to my surprise if you check the nutritional information then this one has more sugar than the fruit and nut variant. I don’t know why because this doesn’t even taste sweet and there are no natural sweeteners added to it like honey or maple syrup. The fruit n nut has raw honey added to it and I like it a lot as you can see in the last picture that I uploaded (it’s over š) Okay just leave aside the sugar part cause any ways it’s all natural sugar and too less to be judged. Taking about the taste, it has a very nutty taste for all the flax seeds, pumpkin seeds. The dried figs, cane sorghum and pineapples are adequate and give a burst of sweetness in your mouth which is awesome š„° The ingredients are really really good. It keeps you filled for a good amount of time. And I love it.
Overall if I had to choose between both of the variants I would choose both. Although fruit n nut has more flavor and tastes sweeter… This one has a nutty taste and burst of sweetness which is also great. AND I’M GOING TO REPURCHASE BOTH OF THEM. VALUE FOR MONEY… YEAHHHHHH

This is my 2nd jar so my review is based on actual consumption
Flavour- non sweetened / Natural:) as against Bagrry/ Kellogg’s ..the fruits too are non sweetened..down side- flavourless ;Upside – dehydrated actual fruits
Packed in a plastic jar hence 3 stars I immediately transfer it into glass container
Taste- best with either warm milk or yoghurt so that the fruits/ oats/flakes etc hydrate and become tastier..didn’t like much with cold milk ..each to his own though;)
Your diet remains complete and healthy ..without added sugar ..you can add honey if you want
Excellent value for money compared to other leading brands…go for it

This muesli is priced at a mid-range compared to other brands. The good part about this is that it has no sugar. So, expect it to be a bit bland if you are accustomed to other similar products. In addition, it has flax and pumpkin seeds, and almonds (apart from cut dried fruits).
I have found the products of this brand are always fresh. The only thing you need to be careful is to not consume the moisture absorbing silica gel pouch inside the contents. I always combine this with a spoon of other specialty mueslis / granola for better taste.
Another point is that I like this better if it is kept soaked in milk for 30 minutes or so prior to consuming.
