dark flavour awesome and quality is good, texture is so melted but it wasn’t bad

I had switched to 99% Amul cacao since it’s launch, but in between the quality goes really bad, it’s due to tempering issue. I had even asked a friend of mine who is vendor to Amul, Anand to visit and talk to them about tempering but they were not ready to listen, instead kept saying the white color due to melting and hardening and temperature difference is not to be worried, which I know. So now getting a good pack has become like a lottery, last time despite peak of summer although melted was good, but this time it’s pathetic. Hope they focus on maintaining consistency and not just consistent in increasing price ) , still a fan but this time really disappointed.

Extremely bitter and very difficult to eat directly, I mix in milk.

It was bitter but i liked it. I eat it with milk and it taste good. I was satisfied that no crack on bar when it arrive at my place. Price is bit high I mean 320 above for 2 packet, ah. man but sometimes it’s okay I guess.

Chocolate looks like it is not manufactured properly it is muddy there are no cube lines ,
and taste is also not okay and also there are holes on the chocolate bar

I had purchased this 6 times over a period of time, i am a bit disappointed in regards to the availability of this chocolate. This isnt available in most of the shops its hard to come by hence i had to buy these from online. Amul needs to work on their distribution as i can see that most of the good products they produce aren’t available. For eg i absolutely love the amul super fruit chocolate then this dark chocolate. But its rather unfortunate its unavailable in most of the shops.
In regards to the chocolate, it comes as advertised. Dark, bitter, no sugar, low cost and yes if dark chocolates are your thing then you will find it tasty. Ingredients have only 2 items cocoa solids and emulsifiers. However, it doesn’t seem to have any cocoa butter in it. Most high quality chocolates will have it. So there is a slight disappointment on that end.
