This is my second purchase.. earlier I brought dark soya.. which was very good for nuddles but u need to dilute it before using ,gives authentic Umami taste.. otherwise local soya which taste like burnt sugar or jaggery.

Kikkoman soy sauce – this one comes in a single use 1 litre bottle with spill proof cap that you also see in oil bottles nowadays. The taste is not so strong, but does well enough in stir frys. Brand is good. At least it is better than it’s counterparts in the same price range.
Only complaint is that the seller gave me almost expired product, but amazon took care of it after I lodged a complaint. 5 stars for customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
