Good quality atta. Dough absorbs high amount of liquid. Makes really soft rotis. The only con is that it’s a little coarse, maybe if it was a tad bit finer in texture it would have been good. Otherwise 5stars for the product.

This is a very pure form of atta when compared to other brands in the market and you can feel it while preparing roti or while eating it. We prepared different stuffs out of it- phulka, chapathi, tandoor roti, pizza base, banana cake. All of them came out nicely and you will be more satisfied that you have used a organic item for preparing all this. The items also come very soft textured and taste is also good. So definitely a product to go for without any hesitation. Price is slightly in the higher side by Amazon does provide a competitive price which comes almost equivalent to other brands. The Amazon super easy sale is always an added advantage.

As a agricultural Officer l always suggest people to eat organic food as food with high levels of pesticide will cause serious health problems like cancers……according to me this is best brand of food as l m using since 8 years and really satisfied with all the product like jowar powder, barley powder,ragi powder ect…l have not faced any problem in quality so far….so go ahead

btw amazons transport services are really pathetic as many times the atta reaches me with spillage as the packet is torn
I am not alone in this respect , if you check other reviews you will find this problem with other buyers as well .
The atta had not only spilled into the box it had spilled over and covered other 2 Items .
I wish they dont pack other Items with the Atta for safety .

They eat a diet centered around starches, peas , beans, legumes, potatoes , sweet potatoes , corn and whole grains etc with side dishes of fruits and vegetables with rich foods kept to a minimum . ( This is a starch heavy diet , a carb heavy diet )
